Richard Hamburger has built a successful practice concentrating on professional ethics, business and corporate law, education and municipal law, zoning and land use, civil rights, employment discrimination, and not-for-profit law. He is currently chair of the New York State Bar Association Committee on Professional Ethics, a trustee of the Cold Spring Harbor Library, a member of the EDNY Merit Selection Panel for Federal Magistrates, and President of the Van Wyck-Lefferts Tide Mill Sanctuary.

David N. Yaffe began his law career as a court attorney for the Appellate Division, Second Department, attaining the rank of Senior Appellate Attorney prior to leaving for private practice. While at the Appellate Division, Mr. Yaffe earned his LL.M. degree from New York University Law School in 1993 with a dual concentration in environmental and international law, and became the designated court attorney handling environmental cases, in addition to appeals across a wide variety of other legal areas.
